“It hit me in my heart that this was the right thing to do for the City of Tulsa and for the citizens,” Chief Ray Driskell said. Apparently the Fire Chief believes the thin blue line decals may send the wrong message to some people! The message the thin blue line sends is that we stand with our Law Enforcement Officers who risk their lives to protect us. Instead of removing the decals, the Fire Chief should fly thin blue line flags on every fire truck along with an american flag.
